Itinerary
Depart from your Arusha accommodation in the morning and transfer to a private horse ranch or wildlife estate on the outskirts of Arusha National Park or in the Usa River area. On arrival, meet your experienced equestrian guide and be introduced to your well-trained safari horse.
After a short safety briefing and riding assessment, you’ll set off on a scenic trail ride through acacia woodlands, open plains, and along the foothills of Mount Meru. Encounter plains game like zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and antelopes all from horseback, a peaceful and non-intrusive way to observe wildlife.
Midway through the ride, pause for a refreshment break under a shady tree or picnic site, soaking in panoramic views of the savannah and surrounding mountains. Continue your ride at a gentle pace through beautiful terrain before returning to the stables.
