Itinerary
You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Dar-es-Salaam or Zanzibar and transferred to the airport for your scheduled flight to Nyerere National Park. Upon landing, you’ll be met by your safari guide and driven to your budget-friendly campsite or tented camp, where your safari chef and crew will welcome you.
After a hearty lunch and a short rest, set out on an afternoon game drive. Explore the savannah and riverbanks in search of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, antelopes, and the legendary African wild dogs. Witness the scenic beauty of the Rufiji River, home to hippos and crocodiles basking in the sun.
